Caiz wins on Appeal from Rick Ross MASTERMIND ruling

Happy to announce that the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals agreed with our arguments. They reversed and remanded our MASTERMIND trademark case. We live to fight another day.

The Appeals Court decision turned on the question of suggestive vs descriptive trademarks, a subject I wrote about in The San Fernando Valley Bar Association's magainze last year.
